Tim Mobley

Senior Manager, Technical Operations Training, FedEx Express

Tim Mobley is the Sr. Manager of the FexEx Technical Operations Training Department at FedEx in Memphis, TN, responsible for the delivery of aircraft technical training to FedEx technicians worldwide.

Tim has over 30 years of experience in the Aircraft Maintenance field, over 15 being in maintenance training. Tim has implemented several new training initiatives involving the redesign of technical training delivery and movement to a competency based training model.

Prior to joining FedEx, Tim held Line Maintenance Technician and B757 Instructor positions at Delta Air Lines and also served in the United States Marine Corps.

Tim resides with his wife, Corey, in Southaven, MS.
