Mental Fitness: Developing the Stamina Needed to Rebuild
Covid has taken a massive toll on the aviation industry and its related businesses and providers.
Rebuilding and potentially reinventing the industry from this crisis will require everyone to innovate and collaborate together. And yet in reality many of you might find yourselves with sleepless nights. Anxious and worried about the future of your workplaces and your families. Lonely in your decision making and helpless in creating change.
How do we enable the industry’s leaders and employees to take action from a place of awareness, presence and overview? Untriggered by the difficult circumstances they find themselves in and unfaced by the fears and worries of their colleagues, clients, share- and stakeholders?
Developing mental fitness enables resilience.
