Agility, Humanity, Innovation and Resilience Through Adversity

As the industry consolidates and recovers, operators and ATOs seek flexibility and an increase in training effectiveness. How can we rethink and modernize training in order to achieve these objectives?

CAE suggests a training journey, from cadet to captain, where learning science and the latest technology advancement occupy pivotal roles in achieving greater flexibility and effectiveness. Furthermore, CAE advocates for the use of Integrated Safety Management Systems and data analytics to refine the design and delivery of training programs, ultimately leading to safer operational environments.

The aim of this presentation is to make the case that learner-centric, data-driven training and strong partnerships can ensure a more agile, human and innovative recovery as well as pave the way of the future.
